Job Summary The Area Manager I is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple Air Methods bases across Phoenix Arizona. This is a bonus-eligible leadership position responsible for driving operational, safety, staffing, and financial performance across the assigned area. The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $120,000. The Area Manager partners closely with Clinical, Aviation, Maintenance, Safety, and Sales leadership to maximize base readiness and in-service availability while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
