Selected by the World Summit as a strategic Startup Partner, incubated at Station F (one of the largest startup campuses in the world), and recognized by HEC Paris for its exceptional innovation potential, CALLVIUS develops the critical software orchestration layer enabling retail and fintech enterprise leaders to safely deploy, govern, and scale autonomous AI agents.
Your Role & Strategic Impact
As a scientific pillar of the project, your mission will be to leverage your expertise to solve complex business frictions at massive scale:
R&D and Architectural Design: Design, train, and deploy next-generation AI models for reasoning tasks and massive data processing.
Critical Use Case Resolution: Tackle head-on the handling and resolution of retail dispute management and other core challenges, transforming historical constraints into a seamless, financially optimized process.
Technological Leadership: Bring a rigorous scientific vision and guide architectural decisions toward the most advanced paradigms, ensuring computational efficiency and system scalability.
Your Profile & Scientific Expertise
This tailor-made role is designed for a pure AI scientist with exceptional execution capability (“A-Player”) and an indisputable track record:
Background of Excellence: You come from top global research labs or built your foundation within leading tech company AI divisions (e.g., ex-GAFAM: DeepMind, FAIR, Google Brain, etc.).
Mastery of Cutting-Edge Architectures: You possess deep theoretical and practical expertise in post-Transformer architectures (Mamba, State Space Models - SSM, hybrid architectures, etc.) and intimately understand their advantages in terms of inference and context length.
Pragmatism & "Problem Solver" Mindset: You do not do research for the sake of research. You are driven by the desire to transform fundamental discoveries into universally applicable innovations and industrial products with immediate financial and operational impact.
