We’re hiring a Lead AI Engineer for our client Morgan Stanley to architect Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that accelerate cloud configuration, security, compliance, and remediation.
You’ll work with RAG, Vector Databases, LLM APIs, AI agents, Terraform and Rego, while providing technical leadership across a global, distributed engineering team.

💥 What You’ll Do
• Architect Generative AI workflows using RAG, Vector DBs, and LLM APIs
• Build AI-enabled solutions for cloud configuration, drift detection, discovery, gap analysis, and remediation
• Automate generation and validation of Terraform modules, Rego policies, and Regula test cases
• Design scalable AI service architectures and extensible frameworks
• Drive AI enablement strategy and technical direction
• Lead and mentor engineers across a distributed, follow-the-sun team
• Drive technology programs and collaborate with global stakeholders

🚨 MUST-HAVE
🔥 6+ years of software engineering experience developing applications/services on public cloud
🔥 2+ years of cloud infrastructure deployment pipelines and IaC
🔥 2+ years developing Agentic AI solutions using RAG + Vector Databases + LLMs
🔥 Experience with LLM platforms/models such as OpenAI or Anthropic
🔥 Proven technical leadership and ability to drive technology strategy
🔥 Experience leading and mentoring distributed/global engineering teams
🔥 Strong English communication skills
