Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Benefits and HR leaders to design, configure, and optimize Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions, serving as the functional lead.
Drive the Workday roadmap and continuous improvement strategy for Absence, Time Tracking, and related Workday capabilities, while contributing to shared Workday priorities and broader People Operations and HR initiatives. Prioritize scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business objectives, operational efficiency, data integrity, payroll accuracy, and user experience.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects across the Workday & HR Portfolio, primarily focused on time and absence systems and processes, including policy changes, process redesigns, integrations, Workday releases, enhancements and other shared team priorities.
Partner closely with the Workday Architect Lead to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards, maintain scalable and compliant data flows across integrated systems, evaluate Workday releases, and guide feature adoption.
Lead requirements gathering and translate business, payroll, and policy requirements into scalable system designs, configuration decisions, and technical specifications.
