As part of Player Development, the Minor League Pitching Rehab Coach is responsible for managing the development of minor league players, providing individualized feedback while collaborating closely with managers, coaches, and other organizational stakeholders. This coach contributes to pre-game instruction, in-game execution, and post-game analysis, with a primary focus on pitching and defense instruction. This role is part of the Rehab department, collaborating and partnering with the team to manage return to play protocols for rehab players. Residence in Arizona required.
