Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):
Guidewire PolicyCenter Experience
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Must be proficient with process modelling tools
Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire
Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
SVN Rally HP QC Handson experience writing user stories is must
Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
Business analysis experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry on Guidewire PC
Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):
Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
