Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD
Large projects over $20mm
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors
OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
