Account Manager, Tier 3

Job Title: Account Manager, Tier 3
Location: Remote, USA
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 OTE
Etlropy is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth at credit union customers already using Eltropy's agentic AI platform. You'll own the full playbook: designing multi-touch campaigns that reach executives at scale, then building 1:1 relationships with C-suite decision-makers. This means running sophisticated sequences in HubSpot, preparing executives for high-stakes conversations, and landing meaningful expansions across customers you'll know well.
Role & Responsibilities
• Build and run automated outreach (email sequences, tracked campaigns, short demo videos) that reaches every account and turns engagement into conversations
• Build relationships with CEOs and executives at smaller institutions through 1:1 meetings, small-group sessions and selected on-site visits
• Partner with CSMs, Sales Engineering and Marketing to find opportunities, create demo content and land expansions
• Use industry partners (leagues, associations, events) and customer references to expand reach and credibility
Qualifications
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS revenue roles: sales, account management, or marketing with a track record of measurable revenue impact, such as closed revenue, influenced pipeline, or growth against targets
• 3+ years in the credit union/community banking market
• Experience designing and running multi-touch campaigns or sequences (HubSpot or similar) and improving them through testing
• Strong written and executive communication, including messaging that works by email, video and in person
• Comfort presenting to and briefing C-suite audiences, including preparing executives for high-stakes conversations
• Experience managing partner and stakeholder relationships across organizations
• Ability to work across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and keep go-to-market messaging aligned
• Comfort with CRM data and AI-assisted tools to work a large book efficiently
