Familiarity with Zendesk, Piano, or similar customer engagement and subscription management platforms.
Experience selling subscription-based products, digital media offerings, or professional learning solutions.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-growing business.
Travel as required (but likely minimal) for customer meetings, appropriate conferences, and Harvard Business Review Group meetings and events.
