About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled, independent Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding. In this role, your primary responsibility will be building and delivering comprehensive Sales dashboards.
The heavy lifting on data preparation is already done: the datasets and data mappings have been fully documented in Excel, and you will be provided with mocked-up Dashboard UIs. Your mission is to take these blueprints and independently bring them to life within Salesforce.
While we are looking for a strong Developer, the immediate focus of this role is entirely on dashboard creation rather than custom code. However, a strong development background is highly valued should the project scope expand in the future.
Responsibilities
Independently design, build, and deploy robust Sales dashboards within Salesforce.
Translate pre-defined data mappings (from Excel) and mocked-up UIs into fully functional, high-performing dashboards.
Ensure dashboards accurately reflect the mapped datasets and provide clear, actionable insights for the Sales team.
Take full ownership of the dashboard creation process from handover to final delivery, requiring minimal supervision.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the visual output meets expectations and aligns with the provided UI mockups.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level Salesforce Experience: Proven track record as a strong Senior Salesforce Developer or an advanced Salesforce Administrator.
Dashboard Mastery: Extensive, hands-on experience building complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce (specifically within Sales Cloud).
Independent Execution: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to take predefined mappings/wireframes and build them out independently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately translate Excel-based data mappings and UI mockups into the final Salesforce environment.
Note: Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) is not strictly required, provided you have exceptional standard Salesforce dashboarding skills.
Nice To Have Skills
While the current requirements are strictly focused on declarative dashboard creation, exposure to broader Salesforce development tools (SOQL, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and complex Data Modeling) is highly desirable in case project requirements evolve.
