Role Description The Senior Program Manager role is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing complex integrity and investigative programs across government and healthcare clients. This role includes planning, executing, and monitoring program activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, compliance standards, and contractual commitments. The Senior Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and track key performance indicators to maintain program quality and effectiveness. Daily responsibilities involve stakeholder communication, risk assessment and mitigation, reporting on program status, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. The individual will also support strategic planning, contribute to proposals and presentations, and mentor team members to maintain high professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, timeline management, and performance tracking.
Experience in healthcare, government programs, or insurance-related environments, particularly in fraud, waste, and abuse or program integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, risk assessment, and process improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare or government program integrity is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, compliance or SIU certifications) are a plus.
Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
