Operations Internship in Ghaziabad

About The Role
Support the Senior Program Manager in day-to-day academic operations across three Mirai campuses. High-ownership role driving tracking, coordination, follow-ups, communications and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update operational trackers — attendance, Course Progression, Medical & DL records, Disciplinary log, Task Tracker.
Prepare periodic reports — debarment analysis, weekly review packs, campus-wise dashboards.
Coordinate with Campus Managers, faculty and vendors to close pending action items on time.
Draft first versions of emails, notices, SOPs and policy documents for review.
Support ad-hoc campus projects — lab setups, events, exam operations, faculty onboarding.
Required Skills
Strong Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables); clear written and verbal English; organised and detail-oriented; comfortable following up firmly with multiple stakeholders; discretion in handling confidential information; willingness to travel between campuses.
