Serves as the senior executive leader accountable for driving Corporate Relations revenue growth and long-term enterprise value through strategic corporate partnerships across a large region. Success in this role is defined by accelerating revenue performance, expanding and retaining high-value corporate relationships, building a strong revenue pipeline, and leading a market-facing strategy that increases philanthropic and business investment aligned to organizational priorities.
Provides leadership to up to 10 Market Sr. Directors by developing leadership capability, fostering accountability, and aligning market strategies to support strong performance and sustainable growth.
100% remote role. Ideal candidate will sit in one of our major western market metro areas: San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis, or Seattle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and leads the Corporate Relations revenue strategy, ensuring all goals, priorities, and market actions are centered on maximizing corporate partnership revenue growth.
Owns and delivers against multi-million-dollar Corporate Relations revenue targets through disciplined pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, and performance accountability.
Cultivates, solicits, closes, and expands high-value corporate partnerships by engaging C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers in opportunities that drive sustained revenue investment.
Builds and executes strategic account plans for priority corporate partners, with a focus on revenue retention, growth, renewal, and multi-year partnership expansion.
Leads a revenue-focused team culture that emphasizes prospect strategy, sales discipline, relationship management, and consistent execution against corporate revenue objectives.
Analyzes market trends, partner needs, and revenue performance data to identify growth opportunities, remove barriers, and improve return on effort across the Corporate Relations portfolio.
Collaborates with internal leaders to align mission priorities, sponsorship opportunities, and partner engagement strategies in ways that strengthen corporate value propositions and increase revenue results.
Establishes executive-level relationships with corporate leaders, key influencers, and stakeholders to deepen engagement, elevate partnership visibility, and increase revenue impact.
Manages revenue planning and resource deployment to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities and achievement of short- and long-term Corporate Relations revenue goals.
Ensures disciplined stewardship, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support partner satisfaction, contract fulfillment, revenue realization, and sustainable business growth.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in business, management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferred Degree: Master's Degree
Years of experience: Ten years of executive leadership experience with multi-million-dollar organization in the non-profit or for-profit sector.
Non-profit or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience in successful fundraising and managing high level donor relationships or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience successfully managing and monitoring profits and loss for a multi-million dollar budget and taking appropriate measures to meet targets.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding programmatic results in large and diverse communities with a comprehensive understanding of and ability to articulate the region’s mission delivery programs and income development strategies
Forward thinking and innovative with high ethical standards; a proven commitment to the mission, goals and values of the Society, and the ability to focus consistently on the good of the entire organization
Proven strategic planner with a sustained track record of development of corporate strategies and business practices and demonstrated ability to develop collaborative arrangements and strategic partnerships
Proven communications skills to successfully serve as chief spokesperson and representative of the region; ability to serve as the region’s key conduit between and among regional volunteer leadership staff and volunteers
Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders through written and oral communication
Understanding of sales methodology and culture
Expertise in developing productive external relationships; socially astute, assertive and competent in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes
Proven skills in developing cohesive teams; ability to manage conflict and encourage collaboration for the good of the organization
Demonstrated track record for fostering the volunteer/staff partnership
History of developing talent; positive results with respect to employee engagement and a productive, inclusive work environment
Proven success in managing a culturally and functionally diverse workforce at a senior management level
Demonstrated success in attracting and retaining top level talent
Ability to build consensus and work through others achieving desired results and objectives
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated skills and experience in relationship building, mediation, negotiation, resolution and presentation
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive travel required
