SPG Therapy & Education is a highly regarded team of Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs),
Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA),
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists
(PT), Mental Health Therapists (MHT), Psychologists, Education Technicians, and Teachers
working in schools and clinics since 1989.

The Position
SPG is seeking an energetic and motivated Associate of District Partnerships (ADP) to join our
District Partnerships team. The ADP will be the front line of our growth efforts, responsible for
building awareness, generating interest, and securing qualified meetings with school district
leaders.
This is a high-activity role designed for someone who wants to break into education
partnerships and learn the fundamentals of consultative outreach.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Active Outreach
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted school district leaders (calls,
emails, conference follow-ups).
Research districts to identify opportunities, funding priorities, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain detailed district contact lists and outreach sequences.
Secure qualified introductory meetings.
Additional duties as assigned.
Passive Relationship-Building
Follow up with warm leads from events, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Track district developments (leadership changes, board meeting notes, funding shifts) to
surface timely opportunities.
Represent SPG at regional events and conferences, building brand awareness.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with Managers of District Partnerships to hand off qualified opportunities.
Ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting in Customer Relationship Manager
(CRM).
Share feedback from outreach efforts with district partnerships leadership to improve
messaging and strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of sales development, recruiting, or outreach experience (education,
healthcare, or mission-driven fields preferred).
Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach with persistence and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to school district
leaders.
Highly organized and disciplined in CRM usage.
Curiosity and coachability; eager to learn consultative selling in the K–12 space.
Pay Range
Base Salary: $60K–$70K + Bonuses
