Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of employment-based immigration matters from initiation through filing. Advise clients and employers on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies. Work directly with startup founders, executives, professionals, and growing companies.
U.S. based candidates only at this time.
Qualifications
4+ years of business immigration experience. Experience with O-1A, H-1B, TN, and PERM matters.
