Commerce Social is one of about 60 TikTok badged agencies in the US and a Platinum Partner, with $80M+ in client GMV and brands like Vegamour, Bodybuilding.com, and Parivie (Paris Hilton).
The Role
You'll run consultative sales conversations with founders and CMOs at 8 to 10 figure ecommerce brands and close high ticket TikTok Shop partnerships. Leads are provided. Your job is to convert them.
What You'll Do
Run qualified sales calls every day with senior decision makers
Work both warm and cold leads, including outbound calls into our pipeline
Build a tailored strategy for each brand and present it with confidence
Own every follow up from first call to signed contract
Keep a clean HubSpot pipeline with accurate stages and a next step on every deal
Speak to the full ecommerce picture, including Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail
What We're Looking For
Has repeatedly closed 6 to 7 figure B2B deals
Has an ecommerce background
Understands marketing
Has converted cold paid ad leads, not only referrals
Consultative and competitive at the same time: you diagnose before you pitch
Builds rapport fast with people who didn't ask to hear from you
Lives in HubSpot and keeps it clean without being asked
Wants to sell alongside founders, not under layers of sales management
Based in a US or Western time zone with full overlap on 9am to 6pm Eastern
Compensation
Paid draw while you ramp, then uncapped commission. We walk through the full plan in the interview.
