Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure systems with a strong focus on real-time performance and audio/video streaming. This role is perfect for engineers who thrive on solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and testable code, and working in a cloud-native, distributed environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems in distributed and multi-threaded environments.
Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems using Java, Python, and Spring Framework.
Develop and maintain real-time and server-side logic in AWS infrastructure.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Harness.
Integrate and optimize streaming protocols such as RTSP, RTP, SIP, H264, H265, HLS.
Work with tools like ffmpeg and Wireshark for debugging and analysis.
Ensure data security and encryption best practices are applied throughout the stack.
Write and maintain high-performance server-side code using AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
10 years of hands-on experience with Backend development
English proficiency between B2 and C1.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Python.
Solid understanding of multi-threaded and real-time systems.
Deep experience with AWS: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Harness).
Proficiency in networking protocols: HTTP, TCP, UDP, TLS.
Experience with streaming media: RTSP, RTP, HLS, SIP, H264, H265.
Familiarity with tools like ffmpeg and Wireshark.
Knowledge of data security and encryption standards.
Strong command of Linux and scripting with Bash or Python.
Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
