Domain Rescue Services is a rapidly expanding Cheltenham-based web services firm specialising in critical digital infrastructure. We protect and revive our clients' online presence through expert expired domain restoration, robust site backups, reliable web hosting, and seamless migrations. As we scale our customer base, we are looking for a sharp, technically proficient Web Manager to join our team and ensure our clients experience zero friction with their web infrastructure.
The Role
As our Web Manager, you will be the technical backbone of our daily operations. You’ll handle incoming support tickets, manage hosting environments, execute domain recoveries, and ensure our clients' websites run securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve incoming client support tickets covering DNS configurations, email routing, and basic site errors.
* Expired Domain Restoration: Oversee and execute the technical workflow of recovering and rebuilding expired domain assets for clients.
* Hosting & Migrations: Manage web hosting environments, server setups, and smooth website migrations across various CMS platforms (primarily WordPress).
* Backups & Security: Monitor automated site backups, conduct routine security checks, and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities.
* Client Communication: Provide clear, professional technical guidance to clients navigating web management and domain recovery.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in web management, cPanel/WHM, DNS management, and WordPress troubleshooting.
* A methodical, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for technical detail.
* Strong communication skills—able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical business owners.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy queue of operational tasks efficiently.
