Partner with Product Management, Application Engineering, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure training content aligns with customer and market needs.
Capture customer feedback and communicate product, application, and workflow insights to appropriate internal stakeholders.
Support selected product demonstrations, evaluations, pre-sales engagements, and customer workshops.
Deliver technical presentations at trade shows, user events, open houses, partner meetings, and industry conferences.
Support channel partners in strengthening their ability to demonstrate, support, and train customers on Geomagic solutions.
Independently manage training schedules, course preparation, travel requirements, and customer commitments while maintaining a consistent and professional learning experience.
