Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
Own product strategy, vision, roadmap and priorities for assigned products and product areas.
Lead product discovery by understanding client problems, market opportunities, user needs and operational and technical constraints.
Translate opportunities into clear product requirements, prototypes and measurable outcomes; challenge requirements and make trade-offs where appropriate.
Prioritize competing demands based on customer value, commercial impact, strategic alignment, evidence, delivery effort and technical constraints.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, design, sales and country teams from discovery through delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify revenue-generating, cost-saving and product improvement opportunities.
Define and monitor product KPIs covering adoption, usage, customer value, commercial performance and operational performance.
Contribute to product business cases, pricing, commercial models and go-to-market decisions.
Stay on top of market, competitor and technology developments, including emerging applications of AI in financial services and credit risk.
Support product positioning, pre-sales activities, client workshops and strategic proposals.
Ensure effective product documentation, enablement materials and internal training.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally with complex B2B, fintech, data or enterprise software products.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex product initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance, user acceptance testing and agile delivery.
Experience writing clear product requirements and closely collaborating with engineering teams.
Hands-on prototyping skills: ability to turn requirements into clear textual specifications, sketches and interactive prototypes (e.g. Figma or similar).
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate product discovery and build functional app prototypes, not only documentation or static wireframes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data using Excel, SQL, Python or another relevant platform or tool.
A track record of taking ownership, making prioritization decisions and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to build relationships, communicate trade-offs and present products and proposals to technical, commercial and executive audiences.
University degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in one or more relevant domains such as credit bureaus / credit reporting, banking, fintech, neobanks, digital lending, credit risk and decisioning, digital payments, data products, e-KYC / digital identity, or e-government solutions is an advantage.
