Vice President of Finance
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s finance and accounting functions.
Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
Drive financial planning and improve business performance.
Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team.
Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications
13+ years of finance or accounting experience, including senior leadership.
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
Proven track record of improving profitability and business performance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/MBA preferred.
