Nature and Scope of Job
Hiring a resource to administer, and support Glean implementations. This resource will coordinate configuration requests, change requests, releases, issues, and follow-up activities across business and technical teams. The resource will ensure that configuration changes are explicitly defined, properly approved, documented, executed on time, tested, and tracked through closure.
Primary Responsibilities
Administer Glean configuration in accordance with Client’s processes, access controls, security requirements, and documentation standards.
Receive, clarify, assess, and coordinate configuration requests.
Prepare complete change requests covering business justification, scope, configuration steps, impacted components, dependencies, risks, testing, implementation timing, rollback, approvals, and stakeholders.
Maintain current, traceable records of requests, decisions, configuration details, testing results, implementation status, and closure.
Prepare and submit release documentation, coordinate scheduling and execution, and support pre- and post-implementation validation.
Track requests, changes, releases, issues, risks, dependencies, owners, and due dates through resolution.
Proactively follow up with requestors, approvers, technical teams, vendors, security, and governance stakeholders; escalate delays and risks promptly.
Confirm that implemented changes meet requirements and document exceptions or outstanding actions.
Provide regular status reporting and maintain Glean procedures, configuration records, release documentation, and operational knowledge.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve administration, change management, controls, and documentation.
Support audits, governance reviews, and other requests for complete, traceable records.

Required Qualifications
Experience administering Glean or a comparable enterprise SaaS, search, knowledge-management, collaboration, or AI-enabled platform.
Experience with configuration management, change control, release management, or IT service management.
Ability to translate business requirements into explicit, actionable configuration or technical requests.
Experience preparing implementation plans, test plans, validation evidence, and release documentation.
Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, audit-ready documentation.
Ability to identify ambiguity, document decisions, manage multiple deadlines, and drive work to closure.
Experience in a regulated, quality-focused, or highly governed environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Glean or comparable enterprise search, knowledge-management, or generative AI platform experience
Familiarity with identity and access management, content connectors, permissions, data governance, and integrations
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
ITIL, PMP, Scrum, or comparable certification
Pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
Master’s Degree preferred

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 70.00 - 80.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
