🚨 Senior Siebel Designer Systems Analyst (x6) | Federal Government Contract Opportunity 🚨
• Contract duration: 12 + 12 months
• Location of work: Any states: VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, ACT, NT, SA, TAS / Hybrid; Remote

• Security Clearance: Baseline or able to obtain
We're looking for 6x experienced Siebel professionals to join a major federal government program delivering critical digital services.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Analyse business and system requirements
✅ Develop functional designs, user stories and solution artefacts
✅ Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
✅ Collaborate with architects, developers, UX and project teams
✅ Support testing, implementation and post-release activities
✅ Provide guidance on solution design risks and impacts
Required Experience
✔ 5+ years' recent experience with Siebel CRM
✔ 2+ years as a Siebel Analyst/Designer
✔ 3-5+ years in IT systems analysis and design
✔ Experience working on large, complex IT systems within the Australian Government
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
✔ Tertiary ICT qualification or equivalent experience
