Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Software Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing production-grade code, conducting code reviews, debugging and resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design and implementation. The role involves contributing to system architecture decisions, improving development processes and tooling, and mentoring junior engineers. The Senior Software Engineer will also participate in planning, estimation, and documentation to support high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building and maintaining scalable services
Hands-on experience with Programming using modern languages and frameworks suitable for server-side applications
Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling
Knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL), microservices, and integration with third-party systems
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
Ability to analyze requirements, break down complex problems, and deliver robust solutions independently and in a team
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor and support other engineers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
