We're looking for a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating the look and feel of our digital products and building a strong design culture. Key Responsibilities
Implement strategic product design decisions that directly influence user experience, satisfaction, and scalability
Collaborate to set a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with user needs and business goals.
Apply graphic design skills to create visually captivating interfaces, icons, and illustrations that adhere to brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency and quality across various platforms and devices.
Contribute and positively influence the design team's culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.
Keep abreast of the latest standards, changes, and trends in user interface, user experience, information architecture, and more.
Engage in user interviews and research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Requirements
4+ years as a UI/UX designer with experience in multiple screen sizes and platforms.
Experience in a startup with an agile development environment and fintech is a plus.
Excellent visual and interaction skills, as well as proficiency in UI and interaction design tools.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong hold on common UX and UI patterns.
Hunger to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Obsessed with customer experience, simplicity, and information architecture.
