Senior QA Engineer (Remote from Net)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior QA Engineer based in Netherlands.
This is a senior individual-contributor role embedded directly within a product squad working on complex, high-risk technology domains.
You’ll act as the squad’s technical authority on quality, shaping test strategy, automation, performance, and integration practices.
The role goes beyond test execution, giving you ownership of architecture, quality gates, and the most challenging testing problems.
You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams from the earliest stages, challenging ambiguity before development begins.
You’ll also contribute to broader QA standards, mentor engineers, and lead initiatives that improve testing across the wider organization.
