Founder’s Office & Growth Intern | PeakPals
PeakPals is building multiple companies across fitness, technology, real estate and consumer brands.
We’re looking for someone who wants to work directly with the founder and be involved in building, growing and operating companies from the ground up.
You’ll work across PeakPals, CreatorPal and RealtyPal, with your priorities changing based on what the business needs most.
This is not a conventional internship. You could be working on getting the first 100 users, creator acquisition, outbound, social media, SEO, fundraising, partnerships, market research, hiring or founder’s office projects.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Work directly with the founder across PeakPals, CreatorPal and RealtyPal on high-priority business and growth initiatives.
Drive traction through outbound, social media, creator partnerships, SEO, content, community and other growth experiments.
Help launch and grow new products, including acquiring the first 100 users and customers.
Support fundraising, investor outreach, market research, competitive research, decks, partnerships and strategic projects.
Take ownership of Founder’s Office tasks across operations, research, hiring and anything else required to move the businesses forward.
Who We're Looking For
Extremely high-agency, entrepreneurial and proactive, with the ability to figure things out without being spoon-fed.
Strong communication, research, writing and execution skills, with a genuine interest in startups, marketing, technology and business.
Previous experience in startups, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, content or Founder’s Office is a plus, but we care more about what you can do than your credentials.
