Role Description The Quality Inspector role at Mehta Automotive is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Quality Inspector is responsible for examining automotive components and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. Daily tasks include performing visual and dimensional inspections, documenting findings, and reporting non-conformities to supervisors and quality management personnel. The role involves using measurement tools, following inspection checklists, and collaborating with production teams to prevent defects and support corrective actions. The Quality Inspector is also expected to maintain accurate records, comply with safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the quality function.

Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection to ensure products meet required specifications.

Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment, with familiarity using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, engineering, and management teams.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.
