QUALITY PRODUCT INSPECTOR (Open for Fresher) - Remote
Location: Remote, mainly in Tay Ninh (Long An)
4 factories and 2 sites in Tay Ninh (Long An) and Binh Duong
Working Time: Mon – Fri (Flexible hours)
Products: Lighting fixtures (no require to work in same industry)
Overview
The Product Inspector who uses established inspection plans, approved color master panels, catalogs, product database from the Terminal Server, testing performance reports per Inspection Checklist, physical samples picked up at site randomly, and various measuring tools to inspect products before shipping from different vendors
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Inspect products.
Update documents for products after inspection.
Maintain and update product databases in the terminal server.
Work out corrective actions report with vendors for quality problems from customers.
Oversee workshops, find out quality problems, and give advice for corrective actions.
Give suggestions for the quality problems that vendors bring to us.
Oversee the testing performance per the Inspection Checklist.
QUALIFICATIONS
Open for Fresher, 1+ years of experience, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
Ability to communicate in English & Chinese
Has experience in lighting industry is a plus
May require overtime or off schedule work.
Good communication, and good team working spirit to cooperate with others effectively.
Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook with a personal computer.
Achieve goals and complete tasks on schedule.
Ability to travel to other cities for several days at a time.
