Analyst - Data Science

Role Overview
We are seeking a consultant with strong quantitative expertise to support training strategy, curriculum design, and capability building for analytics and data science teams. This is a contingent role focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences and technical enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skill gaps and assess learning requirements for analytics and data science teams.
Curriculum Development: Design structured learning paths for quantitative methods, data analytics, data science, and Generative AI.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials, case studies, and hands-on exercises for technical and business audiences.
Program Delivery: Conduct workshops, seminars, and virtual training sessions on advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.
Technology Enablement: Integrate modern tools and platforms into training programs (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, TensorFlow).
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on emerging trends and feedback.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong foundation in quantitative methods, statistical modeling, and optimization.
Proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
Expertise in data science tools and programming languages: Python, R, SAS, MATLAB.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Exposure to Generative AI technologies and applications.
Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Preferred Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in quantitative analytics, data science, or training roles.
Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs will be an add on.
