Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Web Designer | UI/UX Designer | Graphic Designer to join our Design team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX design, website design, graphic design, responsive design, and branding. The candidate will work closely with the Design, Development, SEO, Content, and Operations teams to create visually engaging, user-friendly, and performance-focused digital experiences.
The role requires someone who can take a project from initial concept and wireframing through visual design, development handover, and final quality checking.

Key Responsibilities
1. Web Design
Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
Create website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Develop page structures, visual hierarchy, navigation, and content layouts.
Design landing pages, service pages, location pages, blogs, and other website sections.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
Create reusable design components and design systems.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Review developed websites and identify design inconsistencies or UI issues.
Consider website performance, accessibility, usability, and SEO requirements during the design process.
2. UI/UX Design
Conduct basic user and competitor research where required.
Understand project requirements, business goals, and target audiences.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, colours, components, and interactions.
Apply UX principles to improve usability and user journeys.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
Review user experience after implementation and suggest improvements.
Continuously improve existing interfaces based on feedback and performance.
3. Graphic Design
Create digital and print marketing materials.
Design social media graphics, banners, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create website graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
Develop creative concepts based on marketing and business requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print requirements.
4. Branding & Visual Identity
Create and maintain visual identities for brands and projects.
Design logos, colour palettes, typography systems, and supporting visual elements.
Develop brand guidelines when required.
Ensure consistent use of brand assets across websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
Create visual concepts that communicate the brand's values and positioning.
Design & Development Collaboration
Work closely with Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and Marketing teams.
Provide developers with accurate design files, specifications, assets, and design guidelines.
Explain design decisions and requirements clearly to developers and stakeholders.
Review implemented designs against approved designs.
Identify and communicate UI/UX issues during QA.
Participate in design reviews and team discussions.
Incorporate constructive feedback while maintaining design quality.
