Quality Assurance Automation Lead

MANDATORY SKILLS Technical  QA Experience: 5–7 years of software testing experience with strong hands-on experience in test automation and at least some experience leading or mentoring QA engineers.  QA Leadership: Strong experience owning QA strategy, test planning, release validation, defect triage, quality processes, and mentoring QA team members.  Test Automation: Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI and API testing.  UI Automation: Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent modern UI automation frameworks.  API Testing: Hands-on experience with REST API automation using Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, or equivalent tools/frameworks.  AI / LLM / Agent Testing: Practical experience testing AI-powered applications, LLM-based features, or AI agents, including prompt-driven workflows, model responses, agent behavior, and AI-specific failure scenarios.  AI Evaluation: Understanding of AI evaluation concepts such as response quality, hallucination, relevance, grounding, consistency, and evaluation datasets.  CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.  Test Strategy: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, test planning, test case design, regression strategy, and defect lifecycle management.  Database Testing: Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.  Bug Tracking: Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools, including defect reporting, prioritization, triage, and tracking.  Performance Testing: Working knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Karate, or equivalent.  Security Testing: Basic understanding of OWASP Top 10, authentication/authorization flows, and common web application security testing practices.
