Role Description The Radiologist role at 4 Way Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Daily tasks include reviewing imaging requests, supervising and guiding imaging procedures, preparing clear and timely reports, and collaborating with referring clinicians to discuss findings and recommendations. The role may involve performing and interpreting specialized studies such as mammography and nuclear medicine, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and radiation protection standards. The Radiologist is expected to maintain high clinical quality, follow evidence-based practices, and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge and training in Medicine and Radiology.
Candidates should possess skills in Medical Imaging, including interpretation of modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray.
Candidates should possess competencies in specialized areas such as Nuclear Medicine and Mammography.
Medical degree (MBBS) with recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiology (e.g., MD/DNB) and valid medical registration.
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, timely reports and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical clinical practice, and continuous learning in evolving imaging technologies.
Previous experience in a hospital or diagnostic center setting is preferred but not mandatory for highly qualified early-career professionals.
