We are seeking a Part-Time Talent Programs Manager to help execute and evolve our talent development strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development professional who enjoys building structured programs, supporting employee growth, and creating meaningful development experiences across the organization.
Working closely with the Director of Talent Management, you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing talent initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee development, succession planning, and future talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will:
Coordinate and support enterprise talent programs across the organization.
Manage the administration of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Career Development A3 processes.
Lead the coordination and ongoing management of our mentoring program, including participant onboarding, matching, communications, and progress tracking.
Support annual Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and High-Potential Talent initiatives.
Administer and continuously improve internship and other early-career development programs.
Track participation, adoption, and effectiveness of talent initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance employee development experiences.
Create and maintain program materials, guides, training resources, and communications.
Manage program timelines, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
Support strategic talent projects and initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Five (5) or more years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Program Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
Experience managing multiple programs, projects, or initiatives simultaneously.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employee development, mentoring, leadership development, succession planning, internship programs, or other talent management initiatives.
Experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs.
Experience collecting and analyzing talent-related metrics and reporting.
