Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for driving sales growth for NAOS brands in the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, key retailers, and distributors. Day-to-day activities include conducting regular HCP visits, presenting product information and brand values, negotiating orders, and ensuring optimal product visibility and merchandising at points of sale. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing teams. The Executive Sales Representative is also expected to provide feedback from the field, support training sessions for partners and staff, and uphold NAOS standards of ethical, customer-focused commercial practices.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Solid relationship-building and customer service skills, with the capacity to engage healthcare professionals, retail partners, and distributors effectively.
Basic understanding of skincare, dermo-cosmetic products, and market dynamics, with a willingness to learn and represent NAOS scientific and brand values accurately.
Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver product information and training in a clear, professional manner.
Good planning, territory management, and reporting skills, including proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing market and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Prior on-site field sales experience in Kochi or surrounding regions is an advantage; willingness to travel within the territory as required.
