We are currently looking for a Life Science Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our expanding partnerships that help bring life-changing therapies to patients and improve, extend, and save lives.
Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent for our Life Sciences programs, accelerating R&D pipelines and commercial launches.
Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to provide a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing technologies to optimize recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and reporting visibility.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO, corporate, or in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
At least 2 years of experience recruiting for R&D, Clinical, and/or Commercial roles within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Life Sciences organizations.
Previous agency or third-party recruiting experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success developing and executing talent attraction strategies through multiple channels, including social media, direct sourcing, professional associations, networking events, alumni networks, and specialized career sites.
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and other ATS platforms preferred.
Skills and Competencies

Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40-$50/hr. but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
