As an Account Manager I, you will specialize in establishing, maintaining, and supporting Porch Moving Group’s (“PMG”) Moving Service Provider (“MSP”) relations. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and policies across the different business units that make up PMG. Furthermore you will be required to align our network's expectations throughout the MSP’s account lifetime. Along with understanding MSP's likes and dislikes, including but not limited to our interface, service and support experience, which can be discovered through surveys, outbound calls, emails, and more.
This role will support Porch’s overall mission by ensuring we are establishing, maintaining, and supporting relations between PMG and its Service Providers that utilize our software services and service PMG customers.
As an Account Manager I, your goal is to educate MSPs on the benefits of their account with PMG, find what their organizational goals are, ensure that MSPs understand the expectation of having an account with PMG, and in some cases negotiate MSPs’ rates. The Account Management Team is critical to PMG’s success by monitoring MSP performance metrics, setting frequent check-ins and ensuring that our expectations are met by our supply network (MSPs). Account Managers help identify mutual wins that benefit both our MSPs and PMG.
Including but not limited to educating, monitoring/actioning on quality metrics, advocating, upselling/expansion of services, and retention of our MSP Network.
What You Will Bring As An Account Manager I
1+ years of prior experience working with moving providers in similar roles
Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
A strong ability to adapt
Experience working with move service providers
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
