Job Title: UX/UI Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user requirements, translate them into effective designs, and work closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain UI components and design systems.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across different devices and platforms.
Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design accuracy.
Gather user feedback and continuously improve the product experience.
Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, design standards, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centred design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems.
Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented is an advantage.
Strong visual design, typography, colour, and layout skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to convert complex requirements into simple and intuitive designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant web/mobile design projects is required.
