HR & Talent Operations Intern - ScaleNova Private Limited
ScaleNova is looking for an HR & Talent Operations Intern to support our recruitment and people operations.
What you’ll do
Candidate sourcing & screening
Interview coordination
Intern onboarding & documentation
Shift scheduling & attendance tracking
Maintaining HR records
Supporting internal HR processes
What we’re looking for
Students or recent graduates interested in HR / Recruitment
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable with Google Workspace and digital tools
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
No prior HR experience required.
Internship Details
📍 Remote — India
⏱️ 3–6 Months | 4-hour shifts
💰 Stipend subject to approval
🎯 PPO based on performance & business requirements
