About Tracktion
Tracktion is a personal-branding agency run by a CA and a content guy. In the 9 months since our inception, we've worked with 15+ brands and generated 50M+ LinkedIn views for CA educators like Neeraj Arora, Atul Agarwal and Vishal Jain, finance creators like Kushal Lodha and Sonia Shenoy, and founders and brands.
The Role
This is a Founder's Office role. You'll work directly with both co-founders and do what a founder does, end to end, from scratch.
What you'll do
- Write LinkedIn, X and Instagram scripts for founders and creators with lakhs of followers
- Pitch and close clients yourself, from first call to signed deal
- Manage our in-house IP and AI products, and build new ones
- Help hire editors, writers and designers
- Sit in on strategy, pricing and launches with both co-founders
What you won't do
No coffee runs. No "just observe." No busywork.
Who can apply
- 3rd-year college students or college dropouts
- You consume content all day and know why posts go viral
- You can write, talk to strangers and figure things out
- Finance or content knowledge is a bonus, not a must
- Zero experience is fine. Zero hunger is not.
