Role Description The AI and Digital Growth Executive will play a key role in driving digital transformation and growth initiatives across JS Assignments Private Limited’s consulting, healthcare, infrastructure, and e-commerce verticals. This full-time, on-site position is based in Vadodara and involves designing and implementing AI-driven tools, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. The role includes analyzing data from various business units, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and collaborating with leadership to shape digital growth strategies. The executive will support digital marketing and online growth for ARTKART and other business lines, manage key digital platforms, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute technology and growth projects. Day-to-day activities will involve research on relevant AI solutions, preparing reports and presentations, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that digital initiatives align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Ability to work with AI tools and automation platforms for data analysis, workflow optimization, and decision support; familiarity with emerging AI trends.
Skills in digital growth and online business development, including basic understanding of SEO, social media, and performance tracking for e-commerce and service-based businesses.
Competence in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret business metrics, create dashboards, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with consulting, healthcare, infrastructure, and e-commerce teams.
Solid organizational and project management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple digital and AI initiatives on time.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, data science, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in digital transformation, business analytics, technology-enabled consulting, or e-commerce growth will be beneficial.
