About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
We are looking to hire someone local to or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
Oracle's Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and technically strong Principal Product Manager to shape product strategy and roadmap across cloud infrastructure, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
This role combines customer engagement, product strategy, and technical product leadership to build secure, scalable cloud capabilities across Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer (DRCC), Oracle Alloy, and other Dedicated Cloud offerings.
You will work directly with customers and partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Architecture to understand complex requirements, define product direction, make roadmap tradeoffs, and take capabilities from concept through launch and adoption.
We are looking for someone with strong Product Management experience rather than primarily Technical Program or Project Management experience. You don't need to be the engineer implementing the solution, but you should have enough technical depth to understand cloud architecture and security dependencies and work credibly with technical teams.
This role is based in Nashville, TN. Candidates must be local to Nashville or willing to relocate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
6–8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with cloud, infrastructure, security, IAM, or enterprise platform products.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, APIs, observability, reliability, and distributed systems.
Experience with enterprise security and IAM, including areas such as authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, identity governance, privileged access, service accounts, and Zero Trust.
Demonstrated experience taking a product or major capability from customer discovery and strategy through launch and adoption.
Strong customer engagement skills and experience translating customer needs into scalable product solutions.
Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and connect product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product organizations and influence without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
