.Net Technical Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a .Net Technical Lead based in United States.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and supporting modern .NET applications and APIs. You will combine strong software engineering expertise with team leadership and technical ownership. The role requires deep experience across C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ORM frameworks, and API development, along with practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. You will remain actively involved in coding while guiding engineers, coordinating technical work, and communicating progress to management. The position offers the opportunity to influence technical direction while working in a fully remote environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for success.
Accountabilities
Lead technical development initiatives while remaining actively involved in hands-on coding and solution delivery.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
Develop and support ASP.NET applications and backend services using modern .NET development practices.
Work with ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework to build reliable and maintainable data-access solutions.
Design and implement APIs using C# and .NET, ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements.
Work with Azure services including Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and related cloud capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members, helping drive effective implementation and engineering practices.
Monitor project and technical progress and communicate clear updates, risks, and outcomes to management.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
Contribute to technical decision-making, troubleshooting, code quality, and continuous improvement across development activities.
Requirements
Have strong professional experience with C# and .NET development, including ASP.NET and backend application development.
Demonstrate hands-on experience developing APIs using C# and .NET.
Have practical experience with ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework.
Possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
Have previous experience leading software development teams or serving in a technical leadership capacity.
Be comfortable remaining hands-on with development and coding while providing technical direction to other engineers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to present technical updates clearly to management and stakeholders.
Be capable of translating technical requirements into practical solutions and guiding implementation effectively.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
Be able to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
Have the ability to manage competing technical priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.
