Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Professionals in Architects, Interior Designers & Project Managers roles will collaborate on design concepts, space planning, and detailed drawings for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing presentations, overseeing design development, and supporting on-site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The role involves managing timelines and resources, reviewing technical and integration requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Team members will also contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and project workflows.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.
Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, track, and coordinate project activities, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Understanding of Integration and collaboration with Software Development or technology teams for projects that involve smart systems or digital solutions.
Proficiency with relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with building codes and standards.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams based in Bengaluru.
Experience in interior design detailing, materials selection, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
Prior experience in managing multiple projects, and a commitment to inclusive, safe, and sustainable design practices.
