About The Job

Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Develop high-quality data sets to inform the future of AI innovation.
Create challenging problems in your domain to advance AI model training.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
Elevate the quality of training data through rigorous evaluation.
Qualifications
Must-Have
PhD or advanced degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Earth & Environmental Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering.
High attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
