Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on HR practices and policies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Employee Relations
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective inquiries.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee issues and implementing engagement initiatives.
Manage conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers on handling employee relations matters.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Talent Management
Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
Provides guidance and input on workforce planning, and succession planning.
Identify and address performance issues and develop action plans for improvement.
Capacity Building
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training, technical capability programs, and leadership development interventions.
Support apprenticeship programs (ITI/Diploma/Graduate trainees) and skill‑upgrade initiatives.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Keys to Success
Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and business acumen.
Good understanding of manufacturing/plant HR processes.
Knowledge of labor laws, ER/IR fundamentals, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle large shift‑based workforce.
Data‑driven decision making and proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The incumbent reports to Head - HR India and support him in all day to day activities to achieve the business objectives of the company
Requirements And Preferred Skills
Requires a MBA(HR)/MHRM/MSW.
Must have a minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in HR, Talent Management.
