Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human
Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role includes administering HR policies and procedures, coordinating payroll and benefits-related information with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The individual will handle employee relations matters by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support workforce planning, training initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in a hospitality environment.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation and HR information systems.
Ability to manage Employee Relations, support engagement initiatives and contribute to a respectful, non-discriminatory workplace.
Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the Indian market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in hospitality industries is a must.
