About The Employer
Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.
The Opportunity
Manage completions data and handover readiness for a major pumped-storage energy construction project. The position operates in a remote location on a two-weeks-on, one-week-off FIFO roster.
Your Work
Administer and improve the completions platform, including system boundaries, certification structures and turnover requirements.
Maintain asset tags, inspection records and certification data with clear traceability.
Report construction and mechanical completion, commissioning readiness and handover progress through dashboards.
Coordinate walkdowns, punch-list close-out, marked-up drawings and approved turnover documents.
Train project users and work with engineering, construction, quality and commissioning teams to improve data accuracy.
RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements
Experience with Hexagon Smart Completions or a comparable commissioning and completions system.
Experience supporting completions, turnover or operational readiness on major infrastructure, energy, mining or industrial projects.
Sound systemisation, certification, inspection-record, punch-list and handover knowledge.
Ability to manage substantial datasets, registers and project reporting.
Advanced Excel; Power BI experience is highly regarded.
Strong communication, attention to detail and availability for a remote 2:1 FIFO roster.
