Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth functioning across departments. This role includes managing staff schedules, coordinating patient flow, and implementing standardized operating procedures to maintain high-quality service. The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, manages resources, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency and patient experience. They handle vendor relationships, oversee inventory and facilities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant healthcare regulations. The role also involves reporting to leadership, supporting new initiatives, and driving continuous process improvement across the network.
Qualifications
Operational management skills, including experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare service operations.
Strong people management capabilities, with experience supervising teams, handling staffing, and resolving conflicts.
Process improvement and organizational skills, including the ability to develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures.
Analytical and reporting skills, with competence in tracking KPIs, preparing operational reports, and using basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with clinicians, administrative staff, vendors, and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications in healthcare or operations are an advantage.
Experience in multi-location healthcare or service organizations is preferred, along with familiarity with patient-centric service standards.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Thane and adapt to a mission-driven environment focused on innovative, research-backed therapies.
