Recruitment Operations Specialist, Enablement & Finance
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Working Hours: Primarily aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Overview
The Recruitment Operations Specialist, Enablement & Finance serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Recruiting Enablement, supporting departmental financial operations while driving key operational, technology, and process enablement initiatives across the function.
In this role, you will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost allocations, while managing cross-functional programs spanning automation, AI, tech implementations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate pairs strong financial acumen with end-to-end program delivery, excelling at cross-functional leadership and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Analysis
• Build and maintain departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial models, actively supporting quarterly planning cycles.
• Track actual expenses against forecast and budget throughout the quarter.
• Monitor the financial impact of headcount shifts, compensation changes, contractor spend, and technology investments.
• Partner with Finance to ensure allocation methodologies remain scalable, standardizing reporting and resolving financial variances or risks.
Program Management
• Support Recruiting Enablement projects, tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate priorities and drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders, including Recruiting, Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Support project reviews, strategic planning sessions, and follow-up workstreams to align department operations.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into financial performance and project progress.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years in Program Management, Business Operations, FP&A, Finance, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects while partnering effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Shared Services organizations.
• Direct experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, cost allocations, chargebacks, or departmental billing models.
• Experience with reporting and operations platforms (e.g., Power BI, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint) and HR/Recruiting HRIS tools (e.g., iCIMS, UKG).
• Experience working within distributed or global team environments.
